Members will be liable for any amounts over and above this value should the repair exceed the allocated amount

The Randgo call centre is only accessible Monday to Friday, 07h00 to 19h00 and Saturday 08h00 to 12h00. The call centre is closed on Sundays and public holidays

Randgo does not facilitate delivery services that are not included by third party service providers

The service is only available to Members unless otherwise agreed with client

The call centre will verify Membership at point of interaction as per the client’s verification criteria

Devices are booked in at the client's risk. iFix is not liable for any data loss or damage sustained during hardware or software repairs. Your device may be restored or formatted to complete repair. Please back up your data beforehand.

Replaced parts have a lifetime warranty, excluding any damage caused by negligence (e.g. dropped), water damage, services, any battery replacements or mac repairs. Warranty is not transferrable to new owners.

Quotes (excluding Macs) are valid for 7 days and subject to a R149.00 consultation fee if not accepted. Repairs quoted under R500.00 will continue without client confirmation, unless otherwise specified.

Water Damage on Devices will be subject to a R199 diagnostic fee, irrelevant of ability to fix or not. This fee is waived if repair is successful.

|
On water damaged devices only parts replaced as per invoice are guaranteed for 3 months.

|
Mac Repairs / Quotes / Assessments are subject to a Consultation fee charged at the hourly rate of R499/hr.

Only legal Software will be installed or supported. 3rd Party software installation must be accompanied by valid registration keys.

|
Mac repair parts are subject to a non-refundable 50% deposit when ordering.
|
•
|
You may receive quotes, invoices and infrequent notifications of new iFix products and services via email.
|
•
|
If iFix opens your device you will lose the remainder of your Brand Holder guarantee. You will however receive the relevant iFix warranty in it's place.
|
•
|
iFix only uses original parts where possible & available. Where not available, a suitable OEM part will be used in it’s place. This does not affect the warranty and all parts are covered under the warranty as per clause 3.
